    • Garantir elevada taxa de resolução e satisfação do cliente em cada contacto através de um excelente conhecimento técnico;

    • Atender o cliente para garantir a sua fidelização a longo prazo;

    • Receber chamadas de clientes;

    • Aconselhar o cliente sobre todos os serviços e ofertas disponíveis;

    • Criar valor acrescentado para o cliente, incluindo vendas;

    • Comunicar eficazmente com os clientes, considerando os aspetos qualitativos e quantitativos;

    • Gerir questões administrativas relacionadas com alterações administrativas, faturação e reclamações.

    • Ensure high solution rate and customer satisfaction at each contact  through excellent know how;

    • Serving the customer to ensure their long-term loyalty;

    • Receiving incoming customer calls;

    • Customer advice on all services and offers available;

    • Creation of added value for the customer incl. sales;

    • Effective communication with customers considering qualitative and  quantitative aspects;

    • Management of administrative issues related to administrative changes,  invoicing and complaints.

    • Fluência Nativa ou Avançada em Alemão (nível mínimo C1) (Obrigatório).

    • Bom nível de inglês (preferencial).

    • Forte apetência por tecnologia, com bons conhecimentos de informática e sistemas.

    • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e orientação para o cliente.

    • Experiência prévia em call center ou em atendimento ao cliente (preferencial).

    • Experiência prévia em vendas.

    • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários rotativos.

    • Native or Advanced Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) (Mandatory).

    • Good level in English (prefered);

    • Previous experience in call center or related (its a plus);

    • Previous experience in sales;

    • Strong affinity for technology, with good IT and systems knowledge.

    • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.

    • Availability to work rotating shifts.
